Everyone Knows The Truth About Politics

Everyone Knows The Truth About Politics

by

R.E. Prindle

Peggy Noonan

Peg Noonan bloviates her way through another weekend article in the 9/14-15/19 issue of the Wall Street Journal.  Don’t get me wrong, believe me I don’t mean bloviate in its negative sense but, since it doesn’t have a positive sense, I mean in a more neutral sense—she’s just talking and I like a good talker.  Peg is the best.

I nearly fell off my chair when in her first paragraph she mentions James Burnham.  That’s going back quite aways to an obscure figure.  Of course her photo is probably touched up but she doesn’t look old enough to know James Burnham except from his books and history.  If you catch my good side, which is a toss up, in a photo I look younger than Peg.

Burnham was your usual Commie who turned whatever post-WWII when the 1917 generation felt that Stalinism failed them, which is to say his crimes could no longer be concealed, so they chose a different boring from within strategy and called themselves born again conservatives.  Burnham, Peg says, was a founder of the magazine National Review.  Good title, it sounds definitely right-wing.  It took me about two issues in the Sixties when I launched into what has passed for an adult life to realize that the Review was a magazine run by born-again Reds.  Christ, Whittaker Chambers said he ‘abandoned’ Communism and immediately became a senior editor of Time Magazine, a so-called conservative rag.  Time and Newsweek both were suspect outfits.  Newsweek marketed a book because it weighed five pounds.  I still have my copy.  Still weighs five pounds.   I have since moved higher and recently bought a twenty pounder.  I’m heavy into self-improvement.

Anyway, Burnham wrote books. Just before 9/11, to leap ahead a moment, it was announced that 2.3 trillion dollars couldn’t be accounted for, just disappeared.  Went away.  Can anyone really wrap their mind around 2.3 trillion.  Incomprehensible.  Without asking yourself how much 2.3 trillion dollars weighs which can be represented in comprehensible numbers, do you how much 2.3 trillion dollars is?  Nobody does.  Incomprehensible.

What this has to do with Burnham?  Along about 1951 an atom bomb disappeared from the stockpile.  Do you know how big an atom bomb was, how much it weighed?  One can’t even consider it in relation to Newsweek’s five pound book.  But that’s not the important part.  Burnham though he knew where it was, in a general sense. It was in the basement of a house in the South Side of Chicago—in the Black Belt, Chicago.  Yowsuh, Negroland.  How do you get a bomb that big into the basement of a house in the Black Belt.  Obviously you disguise it as a five thousand pound book going by at five miles an hour on a flatbed.  What and how else?  It must have easier to build the Great Pyramid.

So, here’s Peg, quoting this guy Burnham who sagely said:  If there’s no alternative there is no problem.  OK, I can dig that.  I used to be a beatnik a few decades back and we could talk like that all day long.  Once you get the swing of it it’s easy.  Viz. ‘the greatest minds of their generation’ Jack Kerouac, Allen Ginsburg and geniuses of that stamp.

So, having made her point Peg goes off on a blizzard of ‘everyone knowses’.    Everyone knows the Democratic candidates are dildoes.  But everyone knows that Pres. Trump is a nutcake so I suppose that means dildoes to the left of me, nutcakes to the right, Sane people in the middle.  There is no alternative so there is no problem to follow Burnham and Peg’s logic.

As much as I like Peg’s stuff, she could develop a more subtle understanding.  Trump is the alternative and Democrats find that a problem.  Everybody knows that, and, she says everyone knows Trump makes a fool of himself with his tweets as though that were an unforgiveable sin.  She doesn’t ask why Trump turned to making tweet storms with winds up to 180 miles per hours.  I can answer that question.  Because from the moment he announced his candidacy the United Media of America made the greatest noise of denunciation America has ever heard.  Even H.L. Mencken who was always prepared for the worst in politics would have been stunned into breathlessness.

How else was Trump to breach this wall of vitriol?  Every reasonable remark he made was turned into something ridiculous by the media.  As President of the United States he was openly mocked by ignorant TV commentators during interviews.   No, Lemon, no, put your hand down, you’ve got your own forum.  Trump’s only way to make a point as everyone knows was to tweet it out.  And then Twitter intimated it was going to ban him for, get this, hate speech.  Nevertheless his tweeting has worked and breached the offensive of the media.

So my point is that until Left and Right acknowledge  how unfairly the President has been treated I have to dismiss every single criticism of the Pres. as mere bigotry.

Peg writes:  By my observation something is going on with Trump supporters.  They now concede much more about him in private than they did in the past.

In other words Peg is insulting Trump’s supporters as total nutcakes who now realize Trump is dropping below even their nuttiness.  Nonsense, we Trump supporters have always served as apologists for his seeming faux pas and gaffes.  Now they’re beginning to make sense.  Everyone knows….

There is no middle Peg and if there were they would have the alternative of voting for delusional Leftists or intelligent Rightists.  In the same issue of the WSJ containing your ruminations Peg the Journal records that China has just blinked in Trump’s ‘crazy’ trade war.  They are removing the ‘punitive’ tariffs on food stuffs- that is principally pork and soybeans. Why?  Not as a concession to encourage Trump but because they can’t feed their people.  They need us more than we need them.

Trump wins if he knows how to weaponize food and doesn’t get into any Democratic sentimental maunderings.  You see, it is easy to win trade wars when you can starve the other guy out.  Everybody knows that and I believe the Pres. does too.  Just takes a little time but then that is what negotiations do, isn’t it?  You may learn Peg, that the Pres. isn’t nutty, just crazy like a fox.

Some Thoughts On The American Experience

by

R. E. Prindle

A couple articles in the weekend edition (8/10-11/19) of the Wall Street Journal merit comment.  One is by our old flame, Peg Noonan.  In reaction to the latest Liberal atrocities in El Paso and Dayton Peg is taking a Sentimental Journey via her favorite songs to when America was America and everything was alright.  Unfortunately she chose that inane song Moon River to float down stream on her memories.  Perhaps Peg should listen to the song more closely and then relate it to its nutty but also enjoyable movie Breakfast At Tiffany’s.

Well, Peg also sent me off on my own sentimental journey but not as a song but to the mythical American locale called Dog Patch.  Dog Patch was created by the child abuser Al Capp (ne Kaplan) in the daily and Sunday comic strip of those far off ‘sentimental’ days.  Al was more or less an early Jeffrey Epstein.  He was Jewish too; this counts whether you recognize it or not.

The comic strip was called Li’l Abner.  It featured a bozo hillbilly and his ditso blonde girl friend, Daisy Mae.  Hot stuff.  As innocent as the strip appeared it was actually an insidious demeaning of the ‘native’ stock.  Al’s folks were immigrants of course, thought few wish to recognize the negative aspects of immigration.

Capp began his strip in 1934, I became aware of and familiar with it from about 1950-54 when I was twelve to sixteen.  Apparently I was becoming more alert because I also stopped reading it and Mad Magazine, another Jewish creation, in 1954 also for the same reason.  Not because I knew either was Jewish because I wasn’t that aware, but because they ridiculed everything that I valued.

Capp began the strip in 1934 simultaneously with Erskine Caldwell’s two novellas, Tobacco Road and God’s Little Acre.  Caldwell was openly vicious and hateful in demeaning Southern Whites but certain Northern Whites revered the volumes.  His two books codified Hillary Clinton’s concept of the Deplorables and the distinction between good and bad Whites that has been institutionalized today.  Capp was more insidious and less open than Caldwell and actually adorable if you weren’t reading carefully.

Daisy Mae, Abner’s girl friend, established the fashion for girls’ jeans with the legs cut off at the crotch.  His wicked woman character, Sadie Hawkins, even had a day set aside for her during my high school days.  By high school however, I had come to a realization of what Capp was doing and I was actually hostile to the concept of Sadie Hawkins days, which I found demeaning.  And, Capp was intentionally demeaning.

He was revered as a comic genius until it was discovered that he had a fixation on little girls, the knowledge of which demeaned him as much as he was demeaning Whites with his Dog Patch.
When Peg was mooning over Moon River my thoughts turned to Al Capp and Erskine Caldwell.  For a song my thoughts went to that great American classic, Frankie and Johnny—rum tum tum,

Peg Noonan And The Arsenal Of Democracy

Peg Noonan And The Arsenal Of Democracy

by

R.E. Prindle

Peg Noonan returns to the pages of the Wall Street Journal after an absence of seeming months with an article bemoaning the sad state of current affairs.  That’s a given, but Peg has worked herself up over the Rooseveltian nonsense of the US being the Arsenal of Democracy during WWII.  Arse of Democracy is more like it.  Peg compares this imagined idyllic situation of WWII somehow with the Khashoggi affair.  For myself this is an intra-Saudi affair and beneath notice.  Of course they mutilated him, they cut women’s noses off for smiling in the wrong direction, heads, hands and feet separate for god only knows what reasons.  Khashoggi should have known better.

First off, historians have misstated the situation in WWII.  The US was never the Arsenal of Democracy unless you consider the USSR  a democracy..  This was Rooseveltian double speak.  Stalin and the USSRCP was a brutal dictatorship that murdered tens of millions of Russians in the gulags and by starvation, using food, or the lack of it, as a weapon of mass destruction.

Roosevelt wheeled his wheelchair around in circles trying to satisfy every imperious demand of Stalin for more of everything and pronto! while Stalin denied the US any concessions even to the point of refusing to allow military observers in the USSR.  Stalin gave Roosevelt nothing and Roosevelt licked Stalin’s boots in an effort to please him.  The end result?  Communism spread out all over Central Europe while Soviet backed CPs in France and England, the whole of Western Europe and the US kept the West on the defensive and edge.

As a reward for our prostitution before him Stalin took a large part of Japanese territory, first taking control of half of Korea and then trying to annex the other half by military force.

Some Arsenal of Democracy, hey?  Roosevelt was a doddering fool and should be execrated as such rather than being held up for veneration.

And Peg compares this to the Khashoggi affair?  Shame, Peg, Shame. Khashoggi is not important enough to merit a disinterested, ‘Oh yeah?’

It’s time to revise the history of the Second Thirty Years War and put it in its true perspective.  Enough of this self-congratulatory Liberal nonsense.  To the showers with them.

Peggy Noonan And Alabama Women

Peggy Noonan And Alabama Women

by

R.E. Prindle

Peggy Noonan came up with an interesting essay in the Wall Street Journal of 11/18-19/17 concerning the sexual issue, specifically concerning Alabama’s Roy Moore, who, as far as I can tell, committed no crimes .

Ever sensitive about Republican sexual peccadilloes the Democratic perverts are forcing Moore to undergo a second confirmatory election to give the Democrats another shot at defeating him.  Good god, how they wish they could have forced Trump into a second confirmatory to give Hilary a second chance of winning and how they would have been driven committable had he won.  Not as bad thing actually as we would have been relieved of the whole miserable lot.

I don’t know that Doug Jones, chosen to run against Moore, has been sexually vetted to insure he is clean, but in any event Peg approvingly quotes Jones:  I’m not in favor of anything that is going to infringe on a woman’s right and freedom to choose.

This is a live issue with certain women: they insist that they choose what they do with their body.  Yes, indeed, but this has societal and legal ramifications with real consequences.

The first issue is when is a woman a woman?  At the time Jerry Lee Lewis was pushed down in the mire for marrying his 13 year old cousin it was legal in his home State; he was completely within the law and his and his wife’s rights.  She should have been free to do with her body as she wished.  Nevertheless Jerry Lee was literally crucified.

Recent laws have pushed statutory rape to the age of eighteen.  Any male who has sexual relations with a sub-eighteen, even by a day, sub-eighteen himself or not is guilty of statutory rape.

At the same time in girls’ or women’s terms any girl still a virgin past sixteen is a retard.  There’s a conflict there isn’t there?  Who is going to deflower the women and yet with few exceptions every girl of sixteen has been deflowered?  Still, women say that it is every woman’s right to do with her body as she wishes.

Let us assume then that a girl becomes a woman at fourteen when her womanly attributes become obvious and she knows it and struts her stuff.  So, the law forbids a woman to function as a woman for four long years when her hormones are driving her crazy.

And this raises the question of prostitution.  If a woman can dispose of her body as she wishes then she has the right to sell her favors.  In this day and age that would be for several thousand dollars a night.  Obviously, the laws as now written prevent women from becoming easy millionaires by forbidding her to use her body as she wishes.  Technically this is unjust.

Even more unjust is arresting some poor John who has done no wrong in purchasing a woman’s product of which she is free to dispose.

Of course, the law forbids a woman from exercising this privilege or right.  Like marijuana advocates say when the product is made legal crime will cease.

This then poses a problem for candidate Doug Jones.  Regardless of whether he favored young women Moore will have been perfectly within his rights, in the above considerations,  in pursuing the women as long as didn’t use force.  Rape, of course, violates the woman’s right.  That they may have acquiesced to the importunatations of Moore doesn’t mean Moore is liable for any censure.  The women have no complaint.  Certainly a firm no or I’ll call the police would have sufficed to dissuade anyone but a rapist.

So, the whole sexual brou ha ha appears to based on outmoded laws or behavior of women if women are to truly have control of their body.  If they err in judgment that is their own concern.  If they want to terminate a pregnancy the day before birth or even murder the new born it is the product of their own body and no concern to society.  Right?

A Review: Peggy Noonan: What Comey Told Us About Donald Trump

A Review:

Peggy Noonan,

What Comey Told Us About Donald Trump

by

R.E. Prindle

This is a review of the Comey/Trump Affair around Peggy Noonan’s WSJ article in the Wall Street Journal of 6/10-11/17.

First let’s put the Comey Affair into its set and setting.  The current Pres., Donald Trump has caused the greatest political uproar since the election of Franklin Delano Roosevelt.  Roosevelt too was hated and vilified by what he called the ‘economic royalists’ that now hate Trump; different faces but same class.  Former Pres. Obama prior to the election stated that Donald Trump would never be president.  Trump’s political adversary, Hillary Clinton, thought her election in the bag only to find that the triumph went to her rival.

The news was crushing for these people who considered themselves an elite appointed by God to do His work.  Looking down on Trump’s base that they had given many derogative names such as the Deplorables, ignoramuses and whatever they now found themselves led by a man they despised personally who was the leader of this despicable mob of unwashed peasants, to use an antique term.

Their disappointed rage was so terrible that many government employees quit their jobs  while there was a near universal refusal by the remaining to cooperate in any way with the new President.  They put on their pussy hats and through a snit in the very streets.

Comey himself had a very questionable role in the election releasing potentially damaging information concerning Hillary Clinton.  The timing was suspicious.  Clinton was accused of much more damning activities than Trump is being accused of but that has been swept under the rug.  She is a Liberal.

So, while investigations have been going on for months and months now with absolutely no show of conclusive evidence, or indeed, any evidence at all, Congress chose to call a hearing at which the star witness was the FBI head who had already come up with nothing hence had nothing to report and in fact reported nothing.

So, really, what we have here is a show trial after the Soviet fashion.  Also what we have here are essentially fictional narratives meant to amuse and entertain.    Just before his appearance, Mr. Comey released publicly a seven page propaganda paper he titled:  Statement For The Record:  Senate Select Committee On Intelligence.

Mr. Comey opens his short story, for that’s what it is,  with the words:

I was asked to testify today to describe to you of interactions with President-elect and President Trump on subjects that I understand are of interest to you.  I have not included every detail from my conversations with the President, but to the best of my recollections I have tried to include information that may be relevant to the Committee.

Reading this one comes to the conclusion that this meeting has no other relevance than perhaps a discussion of the Pres.’ personal habits.  Trumpian curiosities.  In other words, the Committee is frivolous.  Isn’t the real intent of the hearing to see if the Pres. is somehow criminally lacking.  Comey is the man who is conducting this investigation to find Trump criminally liable for something, anything; the Committee doesn’t care what just so long as they can get rid of him.  They think his election is a fluke and therefore doesn’t count.

And then Comey advises that he has carefully edited his testimony.  To give his edits credibility, apparently knowing that one day he was to be called to testify something about the Pres. he ‘took notes.’ Apparently Comey’s conversation with the Pres. was so far beyond Comey’s experience, and he is a man who should have seen everything, that:

To ensure accuracy I began to type (the conversation) up on a laptop in an FBI vehicle outside Trump Tower the moment I walked out of the meeting.

Hmm. An FBI vehicle outside Trump Tower?  Was Comey wired?  Was the FBI vehicle a surveillance truck?  Hmm.  Does the FBI have tapes of this meeting.  That might be illegal.

Sure, there are enough weasel words in those comments that mean Comey has effectively said nothing.  He has determined what the Committee wants to hear and presumably selected  the most juicy passages throwing the rest of the edits on the cutting room floor.  I wonder if Mr. Comey has ever been to law school where he would learn to talk in circles?

Now, Mr. Comey works direct for Mr. Jeff Sessions, Trump’s personally selected Attorney General and Mr. Sessions reports directly to Pres. Trump.  Whatever information that Mr. Comey uncovers should have been made aware to AG Sessions.  Was it?  And, if not, why not?  Sessions in his turn should have reported to the Pres.

But Mr. Comey does not speak through his boss Sessions.  No.  He says instead:

The IC (Intelligence Community) thought it important for a variety of reasons, to alert the incoming President to the existence  of this material, even though it was salacious and unverified.

Unquote.

I see, what we have is water cooler talk, a rumor jest and smirk.  In fact, the story that Trump pissed on a prostitute in Moscow several years ago.  One imagines the Committee members smiling inwardly at their recollection of the rumor.

As morally reprehensible as pissing on prostitutes may be, as a sexual perversion it is fairly common, even has a name:  Golder Shower.  And when it comes to minor sexual perversions, let the innocent stand up.

Wow, isn’t the country overjoyed by Trump’s exposure. (smirk, smirk, allusion intended.)

Now, perhaps I’m wrong but the FBI’s jurisdiction doesn’t extend to Russia.  CIA maybe, but not the FBI.  Yet, Mr. Comey was asked, not by AG Sessions but the Director of National Intelligence to deliver these remarks to the Pres.  ‘because the material implicated the FBI’s counter-intelligence responsibilities.  Oh.

And Mr. Comey said, holding up his right hand, this is the carefully edited selective truth, so help me God.

So, then, Peggy Noonan of the WSJ examines Mr. Comey’s selected and edited testimony.  Now, remember, Comey is no callow youth.  As Peggy describes him:

Whatever Mr. Comey’s reputation, and it’s mixed- an intelligent accomplished professional  who is plenty slick; state-of-the-art Beltway operator with an image of integrity, yet trailed with suspicions of slight smarm- he’s a careful man.

Then Peg quotes Comey’s relation of the face to face meeting on January 27, 2017 a week into Trump’s term of office when it might be said he is feeling his way in his new surroundings.  Already under extreme attack, rioting in the streets, hateful MSM media coverage,  Trump knows it’s going to be a tough haul.  Comey has had a questionable record prior to the election.  Sitting on this side of the screen I had to ask myself what Comey was doing?  What was his agenda?  Which side was he on?  His own?

Wouldn’t it be reasonable then for Trump to want to get a feel for where Comey was coming from?  We have Comey’s version of what he’s seeing in Trump but we don’t have Trump’s idea of what he’s seeing in Comey’s behavior.  The other side always gives balance.  What Trump does already know is that the civil service is up in arms against him, rabid Democratic Senators and Congressmen are obstructing every move he makes, if he jaywalks the MSM reports it as a major crime.  So is Comey working for him or against him?

The Pres. levels with Comey, according to Comey’s notes written down later when he has time to compose a narrative, the Pres. says:  ‘I need loyalty, I expect loyalty.’  Right!  Who doesn’t?  Damn right, he doesn’t need a smiling back-stabber; which is Comey, he wants to know, staring at him intently to capture his reaction.

This man of the world, Comey, this state-of-the-art Beltway operator, is struck dumb by Trump’s desire to know if he is going to back stab him or not.  Well, my God, Comey is speaking to Trump, the Liberals idea of the reincarnation of  Adolf Hitler.  Why wouldn’t Comey come to the conclusion that Trump was asking for a Hitlerian loyalty oath, hey?  It doesn’t seem he was to me, but what was Comey’s reaction to the simple statement of fact.  Why, Comey this Beltway operator was struck dumb.  This so far exceeded anything Comey had seen or heard deep in the Swamp of DC:  ‘I didn’t move, speak, or change my facial expression (No! He was a deer caught in the headlights)  in any way during the awkward silence (getting a little purple here) that followed.  We simply looked at each other in silence.’

Does anyone with experience and sense believe Comey’s reaction?  I don’t.  Trump didn’t ask for criminal collusion as Comey implies, he wanted to know if Comey was a back stabber.  All Comey had to say was I do my job without fear or favor from anyone.  I will deal with you with integrity.  I will not be influenced by the hatred that I know surrounds you.  I am not your man but I will protect your administration from any unlawful assaults.  You will have no reason to find fault with me.’

Bingo! That’s it.  What does Comey do, he says and I mean I do not believe him, that he froze in the headlights.  Some Beltway operator.

Peggy runs through the right or wrong arguments through the rest of the article.  Then gives away the farm.  She says:

Then again, a conservative intellectual with small town roots wrote, during the testimony, that he thought this might be a break point, a moment when Trump’s supporters would listen close and think he’s not so much like them, and not so different from the swamp he means to drain.  I myself don’t know.

Let me help you, Peg, didn’t you describe Comey as smarmy and slick at the beginning of your article?  Didn’t you say he was a state-of-the-art Beltway operator?  Do you not think us small town rubes saw that immediately?  Trump is doing his best against terrific odds and that is clear to everyone but Trump’s enemies.  No, we are not breaking, the deal hasn’t gone down, he may not survive the beatdown but he would still be a better man than all the people in the Swamp for all that.

You Can't Always Get What You Want

You Can’t Always Get What You Want,

(But if you try sometimes, you might

Find what you need.)

by

A Crude Sort Of Nationalist

Oh, yes.  The results of the election took the Left by surprise.  It didn’t take the Right by surprise.  I knew from day one that Trump would win and never wavered.  Back then around day one when the race began I was what Obama, taking the high road, called a ‘Domestic Terrorist’.  Just today I learned that according to  High Road Barry I’m  ‘a crude sort of Nationalist.’  Keep an eye on me, I like the attention.  Personally, I’m not so sure I’m one or the other.  In my vanity I would consider myself a clear sighted globalist.  But then, what do I know.

When I say globalist I don’t mean in the narrow, constricted, constipated sense that High Road uses;  I mean in the expansive way that realizes that it doesn’t mean surrendering the country to fatuous trade organizations; I mean it in the sense that low cost producers are corrected from taking advantage of- I almost said exploiting- more advanced economies with higher wage and benefit structures.  Note that word benefits.  The low cost producers don’t provide their workers with any, a terrific advantage.  Those benefits are what make it so easy for citizens of low cost or no cost countries to migrate to where the bennies are.

So, like Trump, I believe in tariffs that balance out the production costs.  Probably what the High Road means by being a crude sort of Nationalist.  Well, if High Road is actually leaving I say God Speed at exit levels and have a nice journey and take your wife with you.  God, I’m tired of the sorority gal image.  I liked her better in the pictures of the high life girl visiting Spain.  Those jungle prints were revealing.  Then she came back to the US and got into her sorority drag again.  Queen of the hop.  Boppity bop be bop.

Which brings us to that other vile defamation going around- misogynist.  God, what a negative sexist term.  What does it mean in the mouths of Liberals- a man who won’t bow and scrape before the eternal feminine?  Talk about being afraid of ‘strong’ women, those crazy feminists are afraid of strong men.  Masculinity is at a premium these days and why?  I don’t apologize for it.  Walk like a man my son.  Trump beats that femmy High Road and somehow he managed to snare a snappy wife, then another and then yet another.  That man knows women.  Obama?  Well, there are those persistent rumors.

Then our friend over at the Wall Street Journal, Peg Noonan, is all a-tremble at the Trump triumph.  She apparently thinks something startling is going to happen; it isn’t.  Oh, there will be a shift in attitude, that will be beneficial, a slight move to the Right, but after being a New York Liberal for seventy years I don’t expect anything major from Trump, no 8.1 on the Richter scale.

I hope that Trump honors his Chinese and immigration stances but we will have to see.  He’s already said the sexist crap is settled law so the tranny population should sky rocket; our kindergartners will continue to be trained to perverted sexual practices.  That ought to solve the late term abortion problem.  No conception, no problem.

I could easily go on a ramble, but I’m going to call it here.  If High Road is really going to check out I’d like to give him a heartfelt so long, it’s been good to know you.   Let me recommend a good parallel universe.

But then, I remember he categorically said that Donald Trump will never serve as President of the United States.  What’s the trick?

Present At The Creation: A World We Witnessed Being Made

Present At The Creation:

A World We Witnessed Being Made

by

R.E. Prindle

Peggy Noonan, columnist for the Wall St. Journal had an interesting article (10/1-2/16) she entitled The Politics Of The Shallows concerning the internet’s influence on the intellectual fiber of the modern world. Her remarks are accurate still the internet has its uses, at least one of unparalleled value, that is as an encyclopedia and dictionary.  The breadth and depth of its coverage is breathtaking while exceeding both encyclopedia and dictionary in its ease and speed of use.

Secondly, in its encyclopedic use as a provider of pictures and images it has no parallel.  It is several major libraries and museums in one.  If you wish to examine the art of almost of any conceivable artist of any time period it has a biography of the artist accompanied in Images with an extensive catalog of the artists’ works adjustable to a variety of sizes.

Images of anything are there including maps of all ages, any insect, any device, anything. It is an unparalleled medical compendium.  There has never been anything like the internet and it is free with your provider’s bill

If one depends on the internet for serious study, as Miss Noonan says, it will be superficial and difficult to use compared to books.  The older generations with their print education are better prepared but the younger generations raised on computers may find it more difficult to get in depth information or know how to distinguish the deeper meaning of the subject.

Another major shortcoming of the internet is its ‘our way or the highway’ format which conditions the user to accept contracts that can’t be modified.  One is conditioned to accept a complete lack of flexibility.  Thus the political situation Miss Noonan complains about where there is little nuance in political affiliation.

However the internet has come along and contributed to a major change in consciousness.  Miss Noonan, like myself, is of an age that can remember, that is know, the antecedent non-electronic world.  In many ways that world is now a parallel universe, a former universe that up-do-date generations do not want to recognize.  The motivations of people of those times are completely foreign to young people’s consciousness and incomprehensible.

The books that we elders found so wonderful are actually written in a style and vocabulary that is so foreign that the great classics of the nineteenth century through 1950-60 might as well be as Middle English was to us.  You have to work real hard to understand it.

Thus the young, and this is important, have no intellectual resources from before say 1960 and for those born after 1996, the year the internet came into being, what happened before that date is ancient history.  As I am approaching eighty young people look at me in wonder as though I have returned from the grave.  I do a lot of walking and I can understand the reaction; I don’t see many eighty year olds on my journeys and young people don’t go into old folks’ haunts.  There are settlements, colonies, called retirement communities containing virtually no one under seventy so the oldsters have self-segregated becoming invisible.

Thus the effect of the internet is multiplied.  A world is being created that is not being understood, that adjustments to accommodate it are not even being attempted.  In the changing conditions in which the American and Western world is being submerged by the rise of the colored peoples it may be that even current conditions will be submerged in a tidal wave of colored influences.

The US and Europe except for an execrated few, the Deplorables as Hillary Clinton terms us, doesn’t even seem to see what is happening.  The quiet appropriation of Western culture by the Chinese occurs without mention, by which I mean the main stream media.  It is forbidden to open your eyes.  The Chinese are buying up Hollywood and other media, wresting it from the Jews, and thus gaining control of the creation of mores.  Shortly movies and TV will be more Sino-Western than Judaeo-Western.

The books that Miss Noonan and the oldsters revere so much will not only become unintelligible because of the internet but because the language will be hybridized into a sort of Sino-English while Chinese will become the lingua-franca, hence whole libraries will sit unused.

I visited UC Berkeley a couple years ago and was startled at the very low percentage of non-colored students and they were quite hostile in a quiet way to my White presence.  I received many disapproving stares and a comment or two behind my back.

Of course at UC one can’t get back in the library stacks unless a graduate student.  The main Bancroft library of which I speak is closed to the student body but there are many secondary libraries undergraduates can visit including an extensive Asiatic building of considerable size.  That library was fairly busy although all the libraries were being used as dormitories.

Interestingly, within the Bancroft building UC has created a little museum of a library with card catalogs and no electronics.  This was occupied by mostly sleeping White students.  The books on the shelves looked like a remake of the movie Zardoz.  I imagined that they couldn’t have been touched for years maybe decades.  Viz.  H.G. Wells The Time Machine.

Yes, Miss Noonan, it is a changing world, a world being recreated, but you must remember a person of your age is essentially a Time Traveler or from a parallel universe and this this universe may become parallel before too long.  Welcome to the creation of a Brave New World.

An Open Letter to Peggy Noonan Of The Wall Street Journal

An Open Letter To Peg Noonan Of The Wall Street Journal

They Also Serve Who Only Stand And Wait

By

Perhaps a change is gonna come.  The ever escalating Moslem outrages may finally have awakened the less alert among us.  Of all people Peg Noonan writing in the Wall Street Journal of 3/26-27/16 titled her column Unite To Defeat Radical Jihadism.  Welcome to the living Peg.  May I give some impressions- impressions- not criticisms to enlighten the argument you have advanced.

It is redundant to refer to ‘Jihadism’ as radical.  Jihad is a Moslem military plan of action to conquer the non-Moslem world.  Of Course as you move to recognition of the problem it is less easy for you to deny that the Moslem people are involved, not them, because that would be bigotry, so ‘Jihadism’ a more racially neutral term.

No criticism, Peg, but you are not yet ready to face the facts.  You still believe that ‘a whole people cannot be held accountable for the actions of a few.’  This isn’t true and you have several examples before you to prove it.  I can’t say you do believe it but I’d be surprised if you didn’t, but it is an article of faith that all Germans are responsible for the holocaust of the Jews.  That’s what we’re taught and as far as I can see believe.  All Germans have to pay a penalty, a very heavy one, for what the Nazi minority did and go on paying it forever.  Further Peg as you well know we are taught that all White Americans are inherently racists.  All White people bear responsibility for enslaving the Negro.  Reparations from all White people are due ad infinitum to the end of time.  If you and everyone you have ever come into contact with doesn’t believe the above examples I would have to say you’re prevaricating.

In addition all White people are guilty of the Crusades in Moslem eyes.

But you believe that not all Jews, not all Moslems, not all Negroes are guilty of the actions of their few.  I think they are Peg.  A notion from the 19th century that seems to have been lost in the mists of time is that ‘they also serve who only stand and wait.’  To not denounce is to approve.  Moslems have never denounced a single atrocity committed by their ‘few.’

As that grand old Roman Seneca put it

If fortune had removed you from the foremost position in the State, you should nevertheless stand your ground and help with your words, and if someone stops your mouth, you should nevertheless stand your ground and help in silence.  The service of a good citizen is never useless:  by being heard and seen, by his expression, by his gestures, by his stubbornness and by his very walk he helps.

There are no innocent Moslems, Peg.  They are all helping according to the terms of Seneca.  As far as our people go, Peg, OUR PEOPLE, cherish that thought, I hope I can never be accused of not helping them in any way I can.  White Supremacy is not evil or even bad.  If Whites are not supreme the Moslems, the Negroes, the Jews, the Chinese or someone else will be.

If you or any Whites are willing to be slaves to less deserving peoples, Peg, may you enjoy your humiliation.

Donald Trump sees our danger while he is willing to put his life, his career, his fortune on the line unlike the whining, pusillanimous Republican Elites who are gleefully leading us into slavery.

May the Gods of our Fathers smite them as they deserve.

Take the next step, Peg, call it Radical Islam, then take a bigger step and just say, Moslems.  They also serve as they stand and wait.

How's The World Treating You?

1:  How’s The World Treating You?

Re:  Peggy Noonan:  Don’t Take New Hampshire For Granite,  Wall Street Journal 2/06/16 p. A11.

Miss Noonan get her digs into Donald Trump while probably advising him to look for a real surprise in New Hampshire.  (Granite=Granted, it’s a pun son.)  While Miss Noonan would undoubtedly deny writing a hatchet piece, as a reader I merely laugh.  She uses a number of clichés:  A real champ knows how to lose.

Is a real champ blasé about losing?  I don’t think so.  Anyone hates to lose and it doesn’t reflect badly on you to show your disgust at losing.  In a fair fight you know whether you were overmatched or not.  So naturally you give a wave or shake a hand but that doesn’t mean you don’t kick a chair as you move away.  I respect that although Miss Noonan appears to be derogatory about it but perhaps losing is losing your career as it goes down the tube.

Miss Noonan quietly rejoices because the results showed Trump coming in second.
Donald trump was dinged by losing Iowa, but not by losing- loss happens.  He dinged himself, perhaps significantly, with his subsequent reaction.  He was robbed, we need a recount, he may sue.
Mr. Trump’s supporters are derided as working-class knuckle-draggers and if it amuses you to see them that way you can, but his people respect style.

I’m not a working-class knuckle-dragger but the people Miss Noonan respects, the Insiders, have characterized my people as domestic terrorists.  Why?  Simply because we see things differently than her Insiders.  Miss Noonan is right in that we respect style but we disrespect dishonest style.  Her crowd wanted to humiliate Trump real bad so The Fix Was In as they say at horse races.  Trump is right to be indignant.

Does anybody really believe the incredible ‘surge’ enjoyed by the Little Waterboy.  Just as the Insiders wanted Trump humiliated they wanted the Waterboy to at least move up from the bottom end and become a pretender.  Oops, I meant contender.
My read:  [hers] Marco Rubio may emerge as the choice of those who prefer their candidates not be abnormal by which I mean outsized or unsettling.  This is arguably an undeserved market on the GOP side.  Mr. Rubio is young.  What’s in his noggin but hunger?  [She put her finger on it.]  It will be interesting to find out.

Is that a loaded paragraph or what?  Are we working-class knuckle draggers and domestic terrorists abnormal as Miss Noonan obviously sees Trump?  Both she and the Wall Street Journal (Rupert Murdoch) have managed to gratuitously insult we working-class knuckle draggers and domestic terrorists who represent a full 40% or more of the voting public.  I don’t know if Trump demands an apology but I sure do and you may consider that a class action.  I want a personal apology from Rupert hisself, the WSJ and Miss Peggy.  Pronto!  Don’t wait!!!  I’m copying this to Mr. Trump from whom I expect action.

Call me a whiner Pegger and I’ll call you a foul mouthed slanderer.  Take that, Champ.  Lose gracefully because you’ve lost.

I love the bland insouciance of her statement:  What’s in (Rubio’s) noggin but hunger?  It will be interesting to find out.

It could be disastrous Peg, take care, his brain may be empty but by then it will be too late.  You will have sold your country further down the river than Obama.
